I need free money or a good loan. I need a building in my town, West Milford, NJ 07480. Possibly an investor to help me get started. I need equipment, insurance. I will be taking babies from 6 weeks old to 12 years old. There are 2nd and 3rd graders in this town going home to empty houses. There are not enough latchkey programs in this town. The older children have nothing to do and need to keep busy. The vandalism keeps rising on a daily basis. These kids need somewhere to go after school until their parents are home.
